Cancellations & Rescheduling Policies To provide every guest with a seamless, private, and elevated experience, the following policies are in place to protect both your time and mine. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This allows me to reserve dedicated time exclusively for you and ensures accurate scheduling for every guest. I completely understand that life happens, and rescheduling is always welcome. Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Appointments adjusted within: • 48 hours will incur a 25% service fee • 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee These fees must be paid prior to rebooking. In the event of a no-call / no-show, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file. Future bookings will be unavailable until the balance is resolved. To keep scheduling fair and consistent for all guests, these policies are applied evenly with no exceptions. Thank you for respecting my time and the experience I strive to create for you.
